We will be bringing a comparative market analysis of your home, a seller’s disclosure notice for you to fill out (a mandatory disclosure form in Texas), a sign for the yard, an electronic lockbox for an extra key, our listing agreement, a marketing strategy for your home, and after we arrive we will schedule an appointment for you with our photographer to come out and take pictures when it’s convenient for you.
